Friendly staff and good location. Its right in front of the escalators that take you to the historic center which is very practical. The breakfast was good.

Traditional, no frills old fashioned Italian hotel with crisp white linen and towels, clean with daily room service from friendly staff. Excellent location a few steps from the escalators taking you straight up to the old town. Perfect! Great breakfast with something for everyone. Highly recommend.

In general we were satisfied with the hotel. The receptionists are extremely nice and helpful, the location is pretty central - the old town is just right at the door. We appreciated the parking opportunity since it was the only one private parking we had found in the center.

Great place in a very good location, with parking, and a nice garden. We had a perfect double room for us and our two kids. Staff was extremely kind and professional. We enjoyed a nice continental breakfast with plenty of fresh fruits, salted and sweet options. Thanks for the lovely time spent there!

Location is fabulous, right below the entrance to the old town, with a convenient public escalators taking you up to the old city center (literally across the street!). The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage after we checked out, so we could spend the remainder of the day in Sienna instead of rushing to Florence.

Location is perfect, accross the road are escalators wich leads you straight to the old town. Room was clean, stuff was very friendly. Dogs are wellcome :)

Staff is very helpful, speaking English very fluently. Breakfast in the beautiful garden is a must! And the location is very close to the old city due to evelators.

Hotel very nice, staff very friendly , we also enjoyed the location , few steps to stairs to the old city , we had also private parking in front of hotel , for 3 stars hotel - it was ha perfect experience, I am very very happy and definitly recommend them Love and thanks a lot Special thanks and love to Miara in the reception and to Gabriel in the restaurant, both made our stay there extraordinary!!
